What is Stacon® ?
Stacon® is a high density polyethylene material which is corona treated both sides.
Can it be printed?
Yes. Stacon® is specifically produced to be printed either screen process, conventional, or UV offset, or by flexo-press.
Can this product be used outdoors?
Yes, Stacon® is waterproof and weather resistant. It can be given longer outdoor life by adding UV inhibitors.
How thick is the material?
Stacon® is available in gauges from .010″ to .125″. Widths from 24″ to 60″ are available in custom sheet orders.
Is there a minimum order?
No. However custom sheet sizes must be a minimum of 4000 pounds. Stock sizes can be ordered in any quantity.
Do I need special equipment to process Stacon® ?
No. Stacon® is readily processed on any conventional paper converting equipment.
How is this material sold?
Normally Stacon® is sold in sheet form but it is also available in rolls up to 30 inches in diameter. And can be slit depending on finished width.
