Custom Imprinting Information
Artwork: All pricing is based upon the customer furnishing film and color separated artwork. Film needs to be right reading, positive, emulsion up. If art consists of black and white reproduction grade copy, there will be an additional fee of $55.00 for scanning and cleanup. We reserve the right to modify artwork as necessary for the production process. Halftones, bleeds, and screen tints must be approved by factory and may carry an additional charge. Small files may be e-mailed, please call for the appropriate e-mail address. Any computer work will incur additional charges.
Acceptable Software Applications: Adobe Illustrator .eps or .ai files. Please convert fonts to outline.
File Format: IBM formatted 3.5″ diskette or CD-ROM.
Art Reminders: Convert all fonts to outline or paths. (Text converted to outline or paths can no longer be edited as text.) Multiple color jobs should be created using spot color mode rather than process color mode. When creating are, please remember our printing process requires trapping of color. Please use a trapping value of at least 1 pt. Include all EPS and TIFF files used in creating your document.
Reductions and Enlargements: $12.50 (V) each.
Proof: Paper proof provided free of charge. Customer must sign and return approved art before job will be scheduled. Matchprint, Kodak Approval, HP Layout are available upon request, we will advise of charges per job.
Color Matching: PMS matching available at no additional charge. We assume PMS coated unless otherwise specified.
Union Label: available on most items- call for information.
Production Information
Production: Normal shipping is within 20 working days after receipt of approved artwork. Allow additional time if proofs are required. Rush delivery is available on most items- add 20% over the amount of invoice for guaranteed shipment within 10 working days- please check with factory.
Over and Underruns: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process and the difficulty of producing an exact quantity ordered will be considered a complete order and billed accordingly. Exact quantities must be specified on hte purchase order and will carry an additional charge of $31.25 (V) per 1,000 quantity.
