Shipping: Shipments under 200# will be shipped UPS. Shipments over 200# will be shipped by common carrier. Unless specified, Screen Printing PLUS will select the best way. We cannot be responsible for arrival dates, we can only promise a shipping date. Drop shipments and split shipments are available.
Freight Claims: Legal responsibility passes from manufacturer to the purchaser when the merchandise is consigned to a carrier. Damage to merchandise incurred curing shipping and/or merchandise lost in transit are the responsibility of the consignee who must file the freight claim. As the shipper, S.P.P. cannot allow any credit for lost or freight damaged merchandise. S.P.P. will assist in supplying any information that will be helpful in your freight claim.
Returns: Return shipments will not be accepted without authorization form the factory. No returns allowed after 30 days for the date of invoice.
Miscellaneous Information
Purchase Order: A purchase order specifying quantities, colors, sizes, and all necessary information must accompany each order. We cannot be responsible for errors when a written order is not furnished.
Increase of Order: Any notification of increase received by the factory will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly, unless no work has been started on the original order.
Pricing: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notification.
Terms: A credit application is required in order to establish an account. Please allow one week for processing. Net 30 upon approval. All other orders will be COD or Pre-Pay.
Cancellations: There will be no cancellation charges if order is canceled before the artwork is started. After artwork has begun, there will be a $35.00 charge plus any additional costs which have been incurred up to the time of cancellation.
Political Orders: The client is responsible for including required funding declarations for political advertising. Each state has unique laws regarding political advertising and appropriate copy must be supplied with your order.
Illustrations: Logos used in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement, nor are items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs.
Speculative Samples: Call factory for details and pricing. Speculative samples must be paid in full before production is started, unless prior approval is received.

Purchaser assumes liability for patent and copyright infringement when goods are made to Purchaser’s specifications.
All orders are subject to the availability of materials and component parts. Screen Printing PLUS shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material part shortages.
